So I have a shameless plug tonight. I ran the Moyer 5K tonight. I run this race every year since it practically runs past my house. I talk all the time about how much CrossFit has changed my life and made me a stronger and fitter person! But this shameless plug goes out to Shanna Bordner and her CF Endurance. Her tips on changing my running form and the valuable information she gave us has made a huge difference!
Tonight's 5K time was a PR of 26:31. That's 1:54 faster than I have ever done this race. And 1:33 faster than MY ALL TIME 5K time! THANK YOU SHANNA AND ALL OF THE COACHES AT APEX!! It was great seeing some other Apexers at this race as well!
