16rds+7. Body weight WODS are my jam but man the pullups kicked my butt! Tried to keep up with Todd the entire time. Couldn't catch him until the very end. Great job!

WU: I know its across... First time I did this when we started the strength training regiment in July... I went 5x5 @ 185#, then 5x5 @ 195# two weeks later... I worked up again because I needed to find out where I would struggle on the last two reps... So, 2x5 @ 185#, 1x5@195#, 1x5@205#, 1x5@225#... 225# was brutal on the last two reps... mission accomplished... now I just need to crank out 5x5 across on my own time.

WOD: 14 full rds + 15 pull ups + 5 push ups... clock ran out right when I stood up for squats. Todd and Jon killed it this morning.

Rooster Crew was in full effect this morning. Packed house!

WOD: 11 rounds plus 7. As usual the pull-ups killed me - did them with a blue and red band and they still were a struggle by the end. Eventually I will get them!

WOD: Like Jon said - body weight WOD's are in my wheel house. And Jon pushed me like he always does. Great engergy from from him and the rest of the Big Rooster Crew this morning!
16 rounds plus 6+ (the title of this WOD is all the more appropriate for me! +1, or more like -1!)

I worked out at Crossfit Parallax this morning...

I did 35# DB snatches and went 11:18 for the WOD at 55#... 65# pushed me over the edge with the lunges.

I managaged to incorporate 3 real pullups into the WOD (rds 1&2:)) It's been a slow journey, yay me....and then I used the blue band for the remaining rounds!

Today was one of the first times my air squats didn't feel abysmal :) they weren't fast but they were consistent and my quads didn't wuss out ha

Literally, jumped into the Apex WOD minutes before the timer started, after I finished a one mile jog. Felt solid until round 12 when I had to break the pull ups. Grip was toast after yesterday's TTB during comp but I somehow escaped with no rips!
