WU: 225# x 5 x 3... attempted 255# failed on 3rd rep. (10# increase over 1RM set in May)
WOD: 23:14 @ 155#. Partnered with Brent.
Yesterday Vacation WOD:
10 minutes of yoga.

EMOM for 6 minutes:

Today's WOD:
15 minutes of yoga.
Snatch complex (hang squat snatch, OHS, snatch balance).

5 DL EMOM for 6 minutes.
Started at 225#. Did 3 rounds and 2 reps of the 4th round. Then, I dropped to 225# and did a set of 7 and a set of 6 for 30 total deadlifts.
WU: 5x3 at 93# then 1x3 103# (a PR!)
WOD: partnered with Janine. She's a machine! 25:10 my weight was 73#. Don't know Janine's.
