8/27/14- Mainsite

New Warm- ups to start next week.
September and October
Main Focus will be on
Mon/Fri- Pull ups and TTB
Tue/Thur - OHS
Wed/Sat - HSPU and DU

WU- Back Squat 7x5
If you missed M or will not be in F you may find your 1 RM back squat or 1 RM front squat

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
50-lb. dumbbell thrusters, 10 reps
50 double-unders

My # on the board was not correct, I made it through 10 Thrusters + 11 singles. My shoulders were smoking after this one.

frustrating to have been so close to 7 flat; except for the last round though my DUs were vaguely decent :)
