1/12/15- Mule

All wods will post at 3pm this week. Therefore the PM classes will have first stabs at the wod. The Am classes will have second stabs and be able to compete against PM times.
Monday AM will be the only day where things are thrown for a loop. Mon AM classes will do a different wod from the Mon PMers'

Operation Smile- over 100 people

WU- Snatch
100 Back Squats for time
Men 135
Women 80
*No rack
* Top of each minute 5 burpees

So after the comp this weekend and with having a half marathon coming up this spring, I have set myself a goal of really working on intensity and lung capacity. Great work this morning Roosters!
