BIG BIG THANKS to the Roosters this morning. Especially Brent with leading the way to motivate and inspire the rest of us re-doing 15.2 this morning. I honestly don't think I would have gotten into the 3 round without your planning and insight...it worked, and worked well for me.
Also Big Kudo's to Frank, Dan, Rob, Kevin, Brent, and Byron for giving 15.2 all they had - the early morning mojo really, really helped me - thanks!

15.2 Redo 32 reps (2 less than Friday). I couldn't comfortable with the OHS squats this morning. I felt much tighter (not the good tight) this morning than I was on Friday. Monday nights aren't good for me. But I should have done the redo tonight and squeezed it in. I probably could have gotten looser than this morning. Oh well. On to 15.3! Great work by all of the other Roosters this morning on the redo. You all were awesome pushing it!

DNF at 7 front squats 115# (finished last 3 at 95# around 12:50)
I was happy to do the 100 DUs; but those front squats almost made me cry ha. Very exasperating/painful/heartbreaking/etc... Need to come to more strength warmups!
