Well, I died just about as much as I expected to during Friday Night Lungs - but it was a great class Todd! Definitely a great workout :)
I don't know exactly what my score was, 160-something? But I did better with my cash out than cash in and was able to double my wallballs in the 2nd min so I consider it a success. And I am SO sorry for leading everyone astray during WOD A - I really did think that it was done though! #shamefaced
Did this wod during open gym, 9:13 (65# and knee ups).
