BRING A FRIEND FOR NICE FAMILY Give me the strength to HOLD ON 365 DAYS 3 MInute AMRAP of: OH Plate Lunges 45/25 *One partner must always be holding on rope (feet on ground leaning backwards or feet off the ground, Must Switch OH lunger if rope is let go) Rest 2 min 6 minute AMRAP of: 10 Burpees 10 Ground to OH with Plate 45/25 10 Jumping Rope Pull ups (hands high, chin touches rope above hands) 1 person at each station ONLY 1 works at a time. You may rotate spots after a successful rd Rest 2 min 5 minute AMRAP of: 3 Ground to OH with Plate 45/25 6 Burpees 9 OH Plate Lunges 45/25 *1 athlete at a time goes through a full rd must rotate all members through *One partner must always be holding on rope (feet on ground leaning backwards or feet off the ground) (Goal is to break 365 total reps) (3) need atleast 150 reps (6) need atleast 5 rounds (5) need atleast 5 rounds
