6/5/16- Swim WOD


Attention Apex Swimmers:
Looks like the storms are holding off until later, so swimming will go on as planned at 11 am today at the Souderton Community Pool.
Please enter the pool through the front gate and proceed down the stairs to the competition pool.
If you can arrive 10 minutes early to take care of waivers it would be greatly appreciated. 
Today's workout is called "3-lap Bikini." Come and get it!!!

Awesome time at the Souderton pool this morning!
So happy to be out on the pool deck with a great group of CrossFit swimmers. Hope everyone learned something and had some fun.
Here's today's workout "3-lap Bikini" with results.

“3 lap Bikini”
AMRAP 10 minutes (each round is three laps).
25 yards swim with a pull buoy.
10 press outs on the side of the pool.
25 yards kick with a board.
10 jumping squats (bobs)
25 yards swim.
