Partners - You go, I go 0 to 10 Minutes: AMRAP 3 Squat Snatch (135/95) 3 Bar Muscle Ups 3 Strict HSPU's 10-12 Minutes Rest 12-20 Minutes Each partner will establish 1 RM Snatch Must share same barbell during last part and switch weights as needed
