3/26/20 Flip the Coin


Run 10 x 200m sprints
Rest 1/2 of your run time each sprint
*Record your 1st and your last times

Immediately Following your Sprints

Flip a coin

Heads - 35 reps for time of your Favorite Body Weight Movement
Tails - 35 reps for time of your Least Favorite Body Weight Movement
*must choose your movements before the sprints

Post your choice movements to comments along with your 1st and last 200m sprint times.
