Partner Workout 2 rds For time: 50 cal Echo Bike - Partner holds push up position (at the top of every 10 cals complete 5 HR push-ups) *must switch with biking partner if push up partner fails to hold push up position 40 KBS 70/53- Using paralletes other partner must hold front support with legs straight, feet may be on the floor 30 OH Barbell Lunges 95/65 - Partner must be hanging by the pull-up rig 20 burpee Box Jumps 24/20- Partner must hold front rack hold 95/65 (same weight from OH Lunge) *Must switch when holding partner fails to complete hold.
