4-19-08 "1/2 Cindy" and Run, SC, Situps

10 min as many rounds as you can:

5 Pull-ups/Jumping Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats

About a 5 min rest in between workouts

10 min as many rounds as you can:

150m run
5 DB squat cleans
10 Sit-ups

Today's WOD was perfect challenge of the bodies endurance. Mike great

Ok so my legs are dead. I think I can do better on the 100 OHS. I'm happy with the time though.

I am exhausted!! I finished my 1/2 Cindy at home and got 14 rounds. No fun by yourself.

Playing a little golf tomorrow. First time getting on the grass. Can't wait. See you all Monday.
