30 Box Jumps
30 35lb Kettlebell Swings
30 Burpees
30 Sit-ups
30 Pull-ups
30 Wallballs

I'm always shocked at how hard of a 20 minutes these workouts are! Feels great to get through it. Nice to have company today- Missy, my WOD buddy!

Definately noticing a difference in what I could do from just a week ago. Albany, NY here I come (just kidding) - maybe next year.
