Your choice

4 rounds for time:

800m runs
OR
1000m rows

Rest as long as you need in between each round, time each round individually.
Post times for each of the 4 rounds.

NICE TIMES Ya'll!

Made up Settlement from yesterday. wow...i'm beat. I really HATE knees to elbows I feel so uncoordinated as fatigue sets in.
215# felt heavy...guess that's good, it means I worked!

put a little time in on working on form for ohs, snatch, and press. Next goal is 135# ohs...if little allison nyc can do it I will drive myself into the ground til I can!

Great Happy Birthday gift to me... my times were MUCH better than last time we did 800m (5:17+ min rounds)Not only did I beat my old times, but this time each round was better than the one before it!! I had to really push the last round to make that happen, and I just made it under 4!
