Ran the 5k today. Felt great to get out in the cool air and run.

Felt really good running today. My calves are paining the price now. Happy with the time for now.

Oops I meant paying!!
Hopper tomorrow morning at Franconia.
See you there!

Try running with a partner makes a big difference on the push factor. Thanks Mike!

It was a great morning for a run. First half of the 5K felt great, second half is when my calves, hams, butt and thighs started tightening up. Should have drank more water...making notes for NY. It's tough running on achin knees.

My nike plus wasn't accurate today so map my run helped to show better distance. Somewhere on the final hill was 3.1 and I was between 24 and 25 min.

Very curious how tomorrow hopper will go! :)

Great Job this morning guys...Josh, how did get ahead of the road runner? Nice times!

Ran the 5k(with a few short walking breaks) this afternoon in the sun...very warm. By the end I thought I was going to puke, but I shaved 4:18 off my time from my first 5k in mid April!! Very happy about that! But just for the record, I don't like running. :-)

And Angie, I don't know how you did it this afternoon - I had the wind blowing in my face and I was hot - KUDOS to you my friend Angie:)

See you all tomorrow - excited about the HOPPER - I think?? I hope it doesn't involve running. Just for the record, I don't like running either:)

Running is not my strongest area of training. Will need to run more often. Also during my run was stopped for direction but didn't stop timer.
