Diane does me in. I didn't fall on my head as much this time but my hand stand push-ups are in serious need of help!

Amen to the late night wod's kickin your butt...I just wanted to cry when I was done.

Mike, I attempted to do 100 pull-ups and as my grip was failing and Diane's back pain left my kip a pathetic wiggle I soon changed my plan...25 pull 25 push 25 ohsqat 25 situps (actually harder than I thought after Diane)

Yay it's wed tomorrow...I can smell the weekend :)
