I did Nancy. Substituted 70 pounds since it was a pre-set bar and I was at LA Fitness (To many people standing around racks) - 16:57 for the 5 rounds.

Also was inspired at work by Tonya posting 50 pushups for time...so tried that in desk boredom - 51 seconds.

This was pretty fun for only my second legit WOD!!

Ang, nice job! Talk about improvement...you had a freakin stick the first time you did Nancy and got the same time!! And when did you get 20's?

Mike, I love the "desk wod" and holy crap 51sec. good for you! The wods get more fun each time :) Keep up the good work, hope to see you Saturday!

We did Nancy on Saturday at Crossfit Manchester. It was chucking it down, not only was I socked, I was humbled badly: http://www.colinmcnulty.com/blog/2008/07/06/nancy-kicked-my-butt/ Running has never been my forte but with the OHS it sucks big style.

I had some months off Crossfit and was doing short 1-2 mile runs instead. I've come to the conclusion that running is no substitute for exercise!
