Bring your lifting shoes tomorrow. You will have 60min to find your max in each of the 3 lifts.

Back Squat
Deadlift
Shoulder Press

* Your "CFT" or CrossFit Total will be all 3 max lifts added together for a grand total.

Dang...I've been waiting for CFT to come up, but now I'm stuck in Chicago. Oh well, catch it next time. I've a good idea of what my squat and deadlift are, but not sure what SP is, or what these numbers would be if done within the 60 min. Good luck everyone.
