This will be our first repeat of an Apex Best at our new location, Emlen Way. The top five are written on the board, time to go after that top spot or atleast the top 5. Time cap 35 minutes. First time at Emlen Way 9-1-11.

I wish I could be there with you guys this week but I'm stuck in Michigan for work confined to a hotel room. It makes wod's very interesting.
Tonight - 150 push ups with 10 hollow rocks for every break taken. Results 70 hollow rocks.

Thanks for posting "Kelly". Was in the midst of a 4th round and jumped on a 20" box, when in September finished only 2 rounds and stepped on a 20" box. Oh yeah-and this time I didn't cry:)
