30 lateral bar jump overs
2o ball throw overs (20/14)(over and back =1) (full reach of hand minimum to bottom rung)
15 deadlifts (225/135)
30 lateral bar jump overs
2o ball throw overs
20 deadlifts (135/95)
30 lateral bar jump overs
2o ball throw overs

*One bar for deads, each athlete is responsible to strip their own weights for the next round.
