30 pwr clean and jerk *each partner must alternate, max reps you may complete in a row is 3
then
Reps of 50,40,30,20,10 of:
Double unders *break up reps however you'd like but both partners must work
Sit ups

I was in Wilkes-barre today so I visited NEPA Crossfit. Great group of people. 10 rds of 200m run (incredibly steep hill) & 10 push press 95#. I was around 14:45 They made me aware of the Wilkes-Barre Fittest Competition, which I'll be signing up for. If anyone else is interested, sign up soon there's only 60 slots open:
