5-14-11 "Team Helen-Grace-Annie"


For time:

3 rounds
400m run
21 KBS *must alternate exercises with partner
12 pull ups
then
30 pwr clean and jerk *each partner must alternate, max reps you may complete in a row is 3
then
Reps of 50,40,30,20,10 of:
Double unders *break up reps however you'd like but both partners must work
Sit ups


2 MAN TEAM

I was in Wilkes-barre today so I visited NEPA Crossfit. Great group of people. 10 rds of 200m run (incredibly steep hill) & 10 push press 95#.
