*starting with 3 reps of each movement continue to add 3 reps to each movement each time you begin a new round. Your goal is to get to the highest number of reps within 12 minutes. (ex. 3 cleans, 3 t2b, 6 cleans, 6 t2b, 9 cleans, 9 t2b .........)

No it's by the same company that did the Dirty German, it's also at Pennypack. Only 26 though I think. And yes, costumes should be mandatory!
