5 minutes after the last person finishes we will start WOD 2

" Rooster's Crow"
5 minutes to complete
400m sled pull 45/25
then AMRAP of:
10 KBS 70/53
5 HSPU









*We will run this WOD in Heats of 5 every 5 minutes. First 5 to finish from Wod 1 will go first in Wod 2.
