Left Pic, far left blue shorts: Jessica Reid, I must point her out being that this WOD should be named after her with her stellar performance. Top time Male or Female time for the day 12:12! Sled pull 25lbs, Barbell 65lbs, Db's 25lbs, Plate 25lbs. Ran throughout entire wod. Ridiculous!

Alli, Awesome job finding an affiliate. I grew up in Ferndale MI. (9 Mile Rd and Woodward) Say hello to Michigan for me. When I'm in that area, I go to Motor City Crossfit in Sterling Heights - It's probably a hike from where you are.
