24 push press 95/65
12 c2b pull ups
24 abmat sit ups

*at the top of each minute complete 3 burpees

Time cap 30 minutes

Can anyone identify what APEX athlete this is?

Keith? Nice shoes whoever it is.

Here's another question...will coming back to this workout after vacation (about 12 days since loast real workout) be a good or bad thing. Good because I am fresh, have no soreness and am well rested in body and mind? Or, bad because I ate too much, ate the wrong foods and generally goofed off for the last week or so? I'll be there at 5 if anybody wantsw to witness the answer first hand....scared!!!
