Tomorrow,8-29 starts the Fall Schedule. Make sure to double check the calendar for times.
On the top of each minute complete:
3 squat clean and jerks 185/135 (*heavy)
If you fall off of the top of the minute pace, note which round you completed within the time frame and then continue to complete as many addition squat clean and jerks within the remaining time.
