9-1-11



3 rounds for time of:
100m db/kb waiter walk, right arm (35+/35-)
30 straight leg sit ups
100m db/kb waiter walk, left arm (35+/35-)
30 good mornings 95/65

* Waiter walk is complete by holding a dumbbell or kettlebell with arm locked out over head, bicep close to your ear. If dumbbell or kettlebell comes below the head before you complete 100m you must stop and complete 5 burpees before continuing on.

Check out the box jump height contest these guys are having. Can you beat 52.5 inches guys? How about 36" girls? So far those are the winning heights. I believe the winners are getting free t-shirts. ;)

Thanks for the Heads up! I am pretty sure someone at Apex can beat 52.5 inches & we def have a couple of females that will stomp 36"!

Who's up for the challenge? Pre or Post-WOD on Saturday?
