I was in on Monday and Tuesday and am sooo happy not to be there today!! My collarbone is bruised and my legs are so sore, I feel like I did when I first started Crossfit. I can't walk up and down steps. That being said, enjoy today:)

I love seeing the old weights and skills to see how far we have all come. Makes me wonder where I will be in another year. Good stuff. Horribly bad good stuff.
I think I left myself at the box today. 3 big wod's in a row pretty much almost killed me. (well, at least my legs think so.)
