Fun wod! I had to substitute a 25lb dumbbell because the YMCA thinks I'm too much of a liability with a kettlebell. Hummm maybe they are right ???:))). It was entertaining to watch the other folks spin on cardio equipment reading books, watching TV, staring out the window etc. I'm not even going to mention the leg extensions and bicep curls :p Thank you crossfit! And apex!!

Katy--I have some moms from my kids school that say to me, "you work out at the Y, right? and you are the one who does all of those crazy workouts!" Yep, that's me!
