What would you recommend it you donthave a rower? Run? for time, calories, distance? I want to do this one at school but we only have a treadmill.

I would do 60 SDHP with 45lbs. That is approximately 60 pulls on the rower. However many pulls you think it takes to complete 40 cals is the number of SDHP you should complete with a 45lb bar or 45lb plate with handles.
