Great work this morning, Kurt with a solid finish a few minutes under the cap, Lauren and Missy squeaking over the line just seconds after the cap, Sarah with her first time on rope climbs and weight vests looking like a pro, Jane rocking the clean complex and kicking it on the vest runs, Sharon throwing the bar around as usual and rocking her rope climbs while Trevor gogogo Chesna bulldozed his way through the clean complexes at full steam. Great push and way to start "Superhero Week" Alot of work was done all morning long starting with the stones :) Great job gang!

Capes are an acceptable piece of attire all week just as long as they don't hinder your movements :)
