Trainer Tip of the Day:
For you ladies that may experience a bit of urination station while jumping rope.

Before you start jumping squeeze your glutes(butt cheecks) this will help to raise your pelvis, then lock your abs in(make them tight), this will allow for a nice vertical body position. If you lock your abs in first, it will push all of that pressure down and you will not be able to raise the pelvis.
Besure to keep the body vertical, do not over extend and push the stomach out.
and keep working those kegels!
