Just as a coaches note...during an air squat we aren't really looking for your toes off the ground. You are more powerful pushing through your entire foot, however many people push through the balls of their feet with their heels off the ground, so if that's you, we tell you to push your big toe to the top of your shoe so that you fall back into your heels. We obviously wouldn't have to tell Brit that! :)
