I may stop by after 7 to work on the games wod. How long will people be there? I probably won't get there until 7:30 or so.

I'm happy to say my arms finally work again! 5 days of extreme soreness, like they felt dead. Took a haitus from cf and just did some running. Now on my day back, look at that - more running! I will be happy to lift a barbell again. Or even a wallball....
