  1. Keep head neutral, need to go down lower in squat, belly button to spine (keep back tight), and probably go lighter since he form went to crap after 1 rep

  3. 11:15 @ 80lbs still not 100%, but love bear crawls so I couldn't resist :)

  4. His elbow were going way too far back, causing his chest to drop, which is then causing his lower back to lose a healthy arch. A lot of his issues will be resolved by keeping his chest up. Driving the elbows towards the floor will help to do that.

  5. Huge PR tonight...body weight snatch @ 150#. I've been chasing that for a while. Worked out with Bus again.

    10 OHS @ 105# - 10 box jump over @ 24" - 10 thruster @ 105# - 10 pwr clean @ 135# - 10 TTB - 5 burpee MU (subbed 10 dips & 10 pullU for last 5 MU) - 10 TTB - 10 pwr clean @ 135# - 10 thruster @ 105# - 10 box jump over - 10 OHS @ 105#

  10. In the warm-up, I hit 115# on the squat clean and the hang squat clean - which ties my PR.

    15:52 at 80#.

    After the WOD, I hit 30 consecutive pull-ups - which is a PR for me.

    Congrats on the 150# snatch Clayton!

    Evening: 55# 10:29 didn't break any squat cleans - the morning I broke starting in the 3rd or 4th round.
