  4. Not sure I can top the Hip Hop practice? How does Erock have time to fit H.H practice into his busy schedule?
    Bussom's will be dinning at home with a couple filets, crab cakes & a side of veggies....followed by Dora the Explorer and Team Umizoomi.

    Intensity was insane! Never put the bar down once or stopped moving! Thankful I didn't have a 150 push up consequence!

    Kudos to Tanya for calling me on my crap form during the deadlifts.

    I feel like I have a devil on one shoulder shouting "Intensity!" and an angel on the other shouting "Technique!"
