    Hang Power Snatch + Power Snatch - work up to a heavy set.
    205# happy. Power snatch real tough. Ugly on 205 but go it!

    5 x 2 High Bar Back Squat + 1 Jerk from behind the neck
    135,185,225,275,305F, 305F couldn't reset feet on jerk caught OH arms locked,305F on jerk tired

    Kept the weight lighter and tried to hang on as long as I could. Only had to break once during WB rds 2-5. Happy with my performance today.
