    - Set a PR @ 95# in the OHS warm-up
    - Forearms felt very tight in rds 3 -5

  12. 35# 7:56. On the fence about the weight - finished under our truncated time cap and held onto the bar almost the whole time, but still ha. I do enjoy straight bar work though!
