Trail Runs- Friday April 12 and Saturday May 4
Ready to get out and enjoy this great weather? Like to hop over logs and weave through puddles and roots? Want to get in some trail running practice before the Civilian Military Combine? Come on out for trail runs on April 12 and/or May 4.
Our first run on Friday April 12 will be at Evansburg State Park. We'll go over some pose running strategies before we head out to navigate the trails that run right along Skippack Creek.

Time to redeem yourselves. Clayton your wish has come true. Reg pull ups and 65lb thrusters. How much are you willing to endure the suck. We'll find out tomorrow. Hope to see you there.

Ill be there! I'm hoping I can get into the 3rd set of thrusters in the second 4 minutes. Actually looking forward to this...I must not be feeling well.
'woof' to my form, not great on the knees/elbow/back trifecta. I scaled this last week and got 64; not sure I want to scale down any further so I guess that leaves sucking it up and moving faster haha!
JB scale it more whatever it takes to get into the 2nd 4min!!

couldnt tell if the 65# was a blessing or sucked more. I for sure had my fill of fran for a while
Nice work Dan! and Bernadette and zim at 9am. it took me two tries to redeem myself on 13.5!
As for the trail run our first attempt on Feb 2 was I think the coldest day of the year, this time, is was the miserablest. Hoping for nicer weather on May 4.
Darn it - didn't make it to the 2nd 4 mins!! Guess i have to have a redo:)

Still nursing the sore shoulder but wanted to try full thruster rather than single arm. I knew it was super scaled so I had to just dig in and go for intensity.
