She didn't open her hips fully before dropping under the bar on the clean. I had to freeze frame it a few times to see what was going on because she is quick...possibly too quick to get under the bar.

Pre-WOD: 1600 m row in 6:19.

WOD: 52 reps. 65#, 85#.

Still don't have the jerk coordination. For some reason, I just feel more comfortable pressing.

Post-WOD: 3 sets of 10 ring dips.

Congrats to Chris on hitting 200# on the clean and jerk!
