The mainsite has recently posted 2 awesome videos of Chad Vaughn doing a snatch and the clean and jerk. The videos are in slow motion so you can see every cue that the Apex trainers give you. Poetry in motion and a great tutorial.

FYI Chad is a 2-time Olympian, 8-time National Champion, and the American Record Holder in the Clean and Jerk. He also owns a Crossfit CenTex – about 1 hour north of Austin TX . He is also a not a big guy - stats say 5’6” and he competes in the 77kg (170lb) weight class
