I don't know if I could pick a favorite game, i loved watching that show! probably the dice game and cliffhanger actually ha. Saying Plinko is too easy bc everyone loves that ;)

Travel WOD via Cactus CrossFit

Warmup: 10 mins of pull-up work. Worked my way to 5 sets of 3 kipping pull-ups (no bands)

WOD: 10:20
3 RFT
- 20 Beatswings
- 15 KBS @ 35#
- 400M Run

Rob, what is a beatswing? Sounds kinda scary. Good job on the pullups!
I liked that price tag race game where you had a certain amount of time to get all the price tags on the right item. You would pull the lever and run around rearranging them until you were right or time ran out :-( boo boop de do

I asked them the same question. It is basically superman//hollow rocks from the bar as a scale if you don't yet have 20 pull-ups to throw down in the WOD.

I may regret saying this but I actually enjoyed the scale up ha, nice little extra burn to even out the lessening wall balls. Also loving the strength training warmups :)

Pull-ups PR: 80 in 5 sets in 8:00.

WOD: 8:54. 14#, 10'. 2 for 1 OH.

Post-WOD: 1600 m row in 6:28.

My forearms feel a little tingly.

I did some overhead and some front rack with the ball, which apparently you were not supposed to do... oops.

9:02, 14# ball, 2-for-1 lunges, rack position

Didn't drop the ball, though I didn't do overhead. But it's also the first time I used the 14# ball (always 10# before), so I'm very happy with that.
