Worked up to 125# for the warmup, squat clean & jerk. First time I've tested how much weight I can do with that so that counts as a PR.

Probably could have done more on the MM and PS but not so sure the TGUs. Very surprised how much weaker my left arm is when compared to my right. That totally exposed it.
