This one got hard quick. 200m doesn't sound like much until you're doing them over and over.

Ran the 5k in Coopersburg with Brooke and my girls. Wasn't focused on time but overall was pretty happy given it was my first official 5k. I pretty much let Madison set the pace and I stuck with her.

Over time cap of 18:00, I went out to about 22:00.

A little disappointed that I had to go over time. Those 2-1 wall balls took it out of me.

The kipping class lifted my spirits though! Thanks Keith!! Learned tons and now I can work on getting better at pull ups and TTB.

It had been so long since I tried that I just realized... The pullups I hit at the seminar were my first-ever unassisted kipping pullups. Milestone!
