During the warmup hit a DL 10RM PR @ 160#. My previous best was a 5RM at 155#.

7 rds + 7 @ 60# starting with regular pullups and couldn't get in a rhythm with them so after the first two rounds went to JPUs on high bar and concentrated on getting high on the bar. Gonna keep working the regular pullups in warm ups.

In the warm up got to 160# DL 10RM.

Did this sweaty one alone in my garage tonight. Glad to be back after guzzling milkshakes, eating french fries and pizza!! Back to salad and lean meats:)
