- Sclaed weight to 45#

My gameplan was to take a little off the row to save some lugs but I was still gas'd and did not really feel like I was in the groove until Rds 4 and 5.

I think I've done the Albany Hopper at least half dozen times in my crossfit career - and she's a doozie. If I remember correctly, I think this is also one of Molly's favorites?? My goal is under 24:00 as rx. FACT: SDHP are my least favorite movement.

ok, so I am struggling with whether to go Rx or scaled for the Rumble. Gals, what are you doing? Missy, Sharon, Bekah, Jane, etc, etc??? Don't see myself competing against Teresa, Erica, Jess and the like...still think there should be a Masters division.. :)

Melissa - Rx for sure! No question.

This one left me a smoldering pile of sweat this morning. I came off the rower (keeping my shoe on this time lol) and did the first round of SDHP (#35) and into the burpees and I started feeling a little woozie. After knocking out the Thrusters, Jane dropped me back to #25 and 10 burpees. Still only completed 3 rounds and 35. Can't wait to take another crack at this one! I don't think it was the #35 that really killed me, it was those damn burpees and coming off that 1000m row that had me gassed. But with the lighter weight I could keep better form on the SDHP since it was my first WOD with them.

4rds + 14 35#
7 reps less than last time but 10# heavier and I think my row was faster?
I still intensely dislike this WOD :) but I got a snatch PR at 83# tonight so that was nice at least!

Ps. Melissa I think you and Bekah should go Rx - you both are consistently stronger than me :)

19:43 60# / used the same weight from when I last did this WOD on 7/17/12 and completed it 24:37. Happy with a 5 minute improvement.
