Planning on going up to Boston and staying in a hotel for 2 nights, Friday and Saturday night and spending the other days in Boston. If anyone else is interested in this, competiting or watching/checking out Boston let me know! It would be awesome to have a big group from Apex up there.

So happy to have Shanna back:) Thank you for the pre-warm up to the warm up!

I am happy to be back after a week of a cleanse:)

Warm up complex- #85

Row- 434m DNF in time cap
WB- #6lb 1:59
KB- #26 1:54
SLED- DNF in time cap

Suffered the consequences of not finishing:)

Warmup complex got up to 110# for the last complex

Welcome back Shanna!

500m Row - 1:58
14# WB - 31reps DNF
26# KBS - 1:39
25# Sled - 1:05

Our group did the Wall Balls last and I really should have went lighter weight on them. Did burpee long jumps as consequence for not finishing the Wall Balls. The rest felt really good and I think this is the first time I felt really comfortable and got into a good rhythm on the row.

Warm-up Complex: 95#

500m Row: 1:58
WB @ 10#: 1:59
KB @ 26#: 1:47
Sled Pull @ 25#: 1:03

Post Wod reflections... I had a bit of a wardrobe malfunction on the rower. I am will be looking for a do over of the 500m in the near future as I am not thrilled with that time. I scaled to 10# on the WB and was constantly breaking and checking the clock. Again, I am capable of a better time on the WB @ 10# and could probably limit myself to 1 break @ 35 reps.

Great start to the week!

Warm up: 85#

Thanks for reminding me Bekah about the sled weight. I actually could not use the 15# because it wasn't available so I had to use the heavier weight. But, who am I kidding I still don't think I would have finished:)

THANK YOU everyone!! Missed coaching the Rooster Squad and WODing with the 9amers immensely. Great to be back.

Props to new Crossfitter Nicole who pushed as HARD as she could to get her sled in just under the cap =)

Hit 105 in the WU. First power cleans in 3 months and felt awe-some. Really heavy, but awesome.

Row 1:59.6 Closed my eyes for the last 50 meters and was ecstatic to look and see that I JUST made it on the monitor.

WB were around 43 in the allotted time cap. Kept missing the dang wall.

KBS 1:11 went HAM on those mothers.

Subbed 30 one legged burpees for the sled and squeaked em in at 1:59.

Good stuff. Great to see everyone!

Warmup- Worked up to 130# on the fifth complex and felt strong.

WOD
Row-1:39 (although I think I was distracted by Rob cursing his shirt, which got caught on the machine!)
WB-38 First time I have used a 20# ball and it kicked my ass. Probably did 50 tosses but only 38 were good.
KBS-1:30
Sled- :46

Fun workout this morning. Would love another crack at it, I think I can better all of those numbers without much trouble.

Warm up: 110# 5 power sets. Wanted to add more weight but ran outta time. WOD 1:47 Row, 43 wall balls did not make it to 50 under 2 mins. Wall balls were a lot tougher than I thought it would be for 2 mins. Forgot the time for KB but made it under 2 mins. 1:16 sled 25#. It was my first time dragging the sled in a WOD. Last 100m was like I was in slow motion. My legs were shot!

It's amazing to see how much you change in a year. Last year I hit the time cap at 34 wall balls 14lb ball this year 1:46 with a 20lb ball

Haven't posted in awhile so I am going to try and post again. I'm also trying trying really hard to work back up I where I was.
Warmup: 115, would've liked to try 120 but ran out of time.
I did this WOD last year so I stayed at the same weight and compared times.
WB: 1:45 6lb
KBS: 1:30 26lb
Sled: 1:18 15#...that was rough
Row: 460m. A weakness as it is and then after the run my calves were on fire. Good workout! Great to see you Crush and Shanna! :)
