I like Camille-Leblanc-Bazinet, but Sam Briggs is looking really strong so far. She killed it in that marathon row. Also, Margeux Alvarez is looking strong.

14:21 135# deadlifts 35#kb 24" box jumps. Combination of deadlifts and box jumps just destroyed my hamstrings.WOW is all I can say. The last set of box jumps were absolute torture. Didn't think I was going to make the cap but I really fought to get the last 30 box jumps in time.

I made a bad choice on the DL weight based on my Ego. Any amount of running and multiple dead lift rds seems to be pretty lethal for me. Would have been far better to go with a 65# DL and 35# KB.
I am also rooting for Camille for the ladies.

Big day for me - worked on DUs with an actual speed rope and got a few cycles in!! Sets of 7, 14, and 11. Very happy with that.
13:37, RX!! First Rx since the Open. :). Had to step 10 of the last set of BJ cause my back tightened up but then jumped the last 20.
Thanks Frank Steck and the rest of the 9am crew for pushing me through. I knew the weights would present a challenge but I knew I could do them.

Did 10 MUs in 3 sets (4, 3, 3). Worked on HSPUs and got my first HSPUs this morning (with an ab mat - and only got my feet up for a fraction of a second).
14:39 on the WOD. 135# DL, 35# KBS, 24" BJ. Pretty slow today. First CrossFit WOD in about a week and a half.

Finally woded with the class again. These movements I could handle so I went for it. I felt good to be part of a class again!!!

135 deadlift, all else Rx but stepped up and down on box jumps as I didn't want to trip and tweak the wrist (or ribs) again.
Josh I...what was your time?
Erik great to have you back wodn'! For the warmup I worked on front squats...did 3 sets of 20. My legs felt like jello during the wod! I went rx and got 11:14. That WOD was good for me, glad I did it.
